Data Deletion

Booth QR is operated by Bigdoor Ai Labs Pte. Ltd., UEN 202618811Z, 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore, 049422.

Customers and visitors can request deletion of Booth QR signup data, setup records, operational records, or visitor lead submissions by emailing viisesh@bigdoor.ai or niraa@bigdoor.ai.

Please include the company name, event name, booth name or booth ID, lead email or phone if relevant, and the deletion request scope. We may need to verify the request before deleting records.

Lead data may also exist in the exhibitor's Google Sheet or systems after export. Booth QR can remove records it controls and can guide the exhibitor where relevant.

No file uploads are supported in v1.
