Data We Collect
Booth QR collects exhibitor signup details, booth and event details, catalog links, optional Partner ID, payment metadata from Stripe, setup status, and operational logs. Booth QR also collects visitor lead data submitted through booth forms, including name, phone, email, company, designation, notes, consent, booth ID, and submission time.
How Data Is Used
Data is used to create booth QR links, provision Google Drive folders and Sheets, send setup emails, send lead notifications and daily lead digests, operate the customer dashboard, support customers, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot the service.
Lead Data Sharing
Visitor lead data is shared with the exhibitor whose booth form collected the lead. Visitors should only submit the form if they agree to share their details with the exhibitor for event follow-up.
Payments and Providers
Payments are handled by Stripe. Hosting, database, email, Google Workspace, and operational infrastructure may be provided by Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Google, Stripe, and related processors. Booth QR does not store full card details.
Uploads
Booth QR does not support file uploads in v1.
Deletion Requests
Customers or visitors can request deletion by emailing viisesh@bigdoor.ai or niraa@bigdoor.ai. Include enough context to identify the booth, event, or lead record.
