These terms describe the Booth QR service offered by Bigdoor Ai Labs Pte. Ltd. for exhibitor QR lead capture.

Service Scope
Booth QR creates a booth-specific QR link, visitor lead form, customer setup/dashboard access, and Google Sheet/Drive workspace where configured. No file uploads are included in v1.
Access Periods
The $5 USD plan provides 10 days access. The $50 USD plan provides 365 days access. Access starts after payment confirmation unless support adjusts the setup manually.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate company, booth, event, catalog, and contact details. Customers are responsible for lawful visitor follow-up and for using lead data according to applicable laws and event rules.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Booth QR does not store full card details. Pricing, taxes, and payment availability may be shown in Stripe checkout.
Support and Availability
Booth QR uses third-party services including Stripe, Supabase, Google Workspace, Resend, and Vercel. Setup, email, or Sheet sync may be delayed or fail. Booth QR will make reasonable operational efforts to resolve issues.
No Guarantees
Booth QR does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, event outcomes, deliverability rate, or revenue result.
